Taubman College has A/V Loanable Technology available for use at college events. 

• Multi-Media Carts: 40” – 60” media carts can be reserved using this system.
  1. Visit the “Schedule Equipment & Rooms ” page and scroll down to the “Multi-Media Carts” section.
  2. Select the item you would like to schedule. You will need to log-in.
  3. Multi-Media Carts, unless noted as specific to an area, are kept in the space near the Capstone rooms just outside of the CMYK Review space.
  4. Return the cart to this area when you have completed use.
• Presentation Equipment such as laptop, wireless mouse, and other items can be reserved from the Media Center using this system. 
• Presentation Recording is available only in the Art & Architecture Auditorium and in classroom 1360.
• The Commons of the A. Alfred Taubman Wing is available to reserve for events, but please keep in mind that there is no A/V in this space. If you have materials to present, you should reserve a media cart and laptop as needed. There is currently no audio installed in the Commons space, but you may submit a ticket through 4-HELP to request the use of a portable P/A system. 
• Other Equipment visit the “Schedule Equipment and Rooms” page and scroll down to the relevant equipment section.
• Service requests involving standard services for events should be submitted with a minimum of two weeks’ notice by contacting Taubman IT at taubmancollegeit@umich.edu.
